As an independent technician with more than 16 years of experience, I caused one of the best service technicians in the metropolitan region of West Valley / Phoenix in the past 13 years. I went through several outfits of small “Mom and Pop” stores to national companies. I have decided a lot of training and many certifications, as well as the service “do and not do”. I do not throw back parts in repairs. I make my knowledge / ability to diagnose and precisely solve the failures of the components and to locate the faulty component whenever possible to produce effective repairs. The result is saving problems and $$, while avoiding the weeks or months of waiting for repairs to the dealer.
